I have been trying to pay my bill for weeks now. Every time I navigate to the website it says my information doesn’t match their records, but I know that I’m registered because my bill comes to my email. Now my bill has increased by $85, and I can even do the one time payment option. I need assistance ASAP. This last email says I have to pay within 48hrs.
