Trying to cancel Disney

For two months, I’ve been trying to cancel Disney. I’m being charged 1399 each month. I’ve spoken to three agents and have done two online chats. I have over eight hours of trying to get this 1399 off my bill. Each time they credit me for the prior month, but nobody seems to be able to handle this. They’ve contacted Disney with me on the phone who assured them that I haven’t had their service for two months and they are not charging me that it’s Verizon who’s charging me. Why can’t anybody figure out how to stop this From showing up on my bill each month
