Trying to get the offer that I was promised

I've been trying to get the offer that I was promised at the store since May 28th 2023.  I've been a customer for 20 plus years you think they would treat me a little better than they have.   I have a print out from the store saying bill should have been $119. When I called to activate the home internet the girl told me my bill would be $70.  I know $70 for 2 lines and home internet not possible.  I went over the charges with her several times and she assured me the bill would be $70.   I was told I would receive a call back never did. I called back myself spoke with another representative that assured me my bill would be $70.   After waiting for the bill to generate and it not being $70 I called back talk to another representative who saw my bill should have been a $119 With 2 lines home internet and after the loyalty discounts.  Again promised another call back and got an email this time still no call back and no response.  Almost 4 months now of calling weekly,  several pictures of what my bill was promised to be each time them change, I'm now being charging $200 a month. Plus non of tge off shore reps can see my previous calls. The right hand doesn't seem to know what the left is doing.  I just want what I have been promised

You can call me anytime. You should know my number.  Of course this isn't resolved. Over 20 phone calls and 4 months with no help.

Did this ever get remedied?  I am new to Verizon and I was  told I would received discounts that I am now told are not possible.
