I got an email stating that I can redeem my $200 Google and Nest products and $100 Visa prepaid card on 12/3. I was able to redeem my Nest product but not able to view the link to redeem the card. I chatted with customer service who told me to contact Blackhawk - who stated they couldn't do anything since I hadn't actually been issued a gift card yet.
