UNABLE TO REDEEM REWARD GIFT CARD

Just like many others, I received the email  to redeem my promotional gift card but when I click on the Redeem Now link and go to either my account home or mobile app, there's no "Tile" related to gift card redemption. I have searched everywhere but no answer. I saw similar issues posted here but other customers so here I am.

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Please check your Private Messenger Inbox for a message from a Verizon Support agent. You can find your Inbox by clicking on your username at the top right corner of this page and then clicking the envelope icon that appears at the top of the menu. Response times may vary.
