We paid last night online and had a setup arrangement for next week. Today I see they (Verizon ) took 775$ from my acct without my consent and it’s Easter tomorrow I have checks out there that are going to bounce and have called 4 different numbers and not able to speak to anyone about this matter this is unacceptable and I need this FIXED IMMEDIATELY
