I’ve seen this issue posted but did not find solution…I only saw support saying they will get a DM to resolve.
It’s been frustrating trying to resol e my ossue to get the Mobile + Home discount. And the issue is the linked Fios acct to my wireless plan (via One Verizon ID) is my old account. So I’ve passed around for several days from Wireless-to-Fios-to-Up—to-Tech support and no one’s been able to fix it.
so would really appreciate if someone can ponpoint how this can be resolved. Thanks.

Unfortunately, no one was still able to help me and ended up getting passd around from Fios to Wireless to Verizon Up and Tech support reps. Basically, nonone can do something since the old Fios account is disconnected - which is unbelievable that this has not been addressed given the different posts I see of a lot of people with this issue.
All you can do to un-link is to de-enroll your Wireless line and then register again with new log-in account and password. I still have issues getting the Mobile + Home disount but at least, this allowed me to log-in and pair up with my active Fios account.
Not the ideal solution but hope this helps others trying to un-link accounts merged woth One Verizon ID.
