For the past week I have been unable to access my account and services in My Verizon. I cannot view my bill, pay my bill, review my account or manage my services. The site continues to loop and display the first screen below. When I follow either option on this first screen, i get the second screen show below.
I called Verizon help this morning and was transfered three times and finally reached a billing group. The help tried to reset my password and that didn't work. She then said they were aware of this issue and would have to open a technical support ticket. When I asked for the ticket number, she said they don't have ticket numbers, just the time/date stamp fo the ticket being created.
I'm to wait now to hear from someone at Verizon. Does anyone esle have this same problem?
