I attempted to cancel the TV portion of my service today, and the only way to accomplish this is over the phone, as the web chat rep states they are not allowed to cancel services. When I spoke with the rep on the phone, she insisted that I should keep my service and that was her goal on the call. I informed her that my goal was to cancel my TV service and keep my gigabit internet service, at which point she hung up on me. I am still waiting for a call back from the automated service, as the wait time jumped from less than a minute to over an hour in the span of a 5 minute call. This is horrible, horrible customer service.
