I keep receiving phone calls and emails that VzB can save on my current package. But when i try to go online, it says I have a pending order. That pending order is over a month old, for the Quantum gateway router.
I have asked several times to get this fixed and I keep getting the run around.

I also noticed my email here in the forums keeps changing back to an older email address.
