I just spoke with Verizon and Samsung Support, but for whatever reason the link I have is just not working... Samsung support confirmed that the link should be working, and Verizon told me to contact Samsung support and said that I should be able to redeem the offer. When I'm Redirected it brings me to Samsung store, but I'm not able to do anything.
At this point I don't know what to do, I have a redemption link to something I can't even redeem... Any Help, or Ideas on what I can do? I've cleared my history (Cookies, and Cache) I've tried from Google chrome, Internet Explorer, and even on my phone on the MyFios app.
