I got an email yesterday about today being the last day to redeem the $200 Samsung promotional offer for signing up for Fios. When I logged in tonight, I could no longer find a link for redeeming the offer, and the agent from the help chat wasn't able to help me at all. It really doesn't feel right for the link to just disappear before the day has even ended.
