Unable to access Fios billing information as sub-account

We recently installed Fios Home Internet at our home. The account is in my domestic partner's name, but she added me as a sub-account user. However, when I login in to My Verizon, it says there are no services associated with my user ID, but I can't add any because I'm not the account owner. Is there something more I need to do to activate my sub-account access? Or am I trying to use the sub-account incorrectly and it's only meant for viewing content, not seeing billing information?
