Unable to afford Verizon bill and payment arrangement doesn’t help

This morning I awoke to the news that my account was suspended for nonpayment which is my fault, I’m unable to afford how high my bill went when they put a $500 non-return fee for items that I’d returned and late fees on top of that, it just made it harder for me to pay altogether. Now my service is suspended and I’m being told to call Financial Services and speak to an agent to get help with trying to setup a payment arrangement and get my line temporarily restored but whenever I try to call, it redirects me to an automated number telling me to make a payment or hangs up on me when I ask for customer service. The options that I were given by the agent I connected with through Facebook Messenger was to either figure out a way to pay my past due balance or keep making small payments every month even though the bill will keep getting higher and higher. In a couple of weeks, I’d be able to make this payment but right now I’m just unable to and I can’t get help from anyone. All I’m asking for is help. I don’t know who to contact or how to contact them when no matter what Verizon number I’m given, it reroutes me and tells me that I can’t speak to an agent until I make the minimum payment.

Im going through the same thing, and also my pay day to pay off my Verizon bill isn’t an option! And now I’m stuck in a cycle that the late fees keep being piled up and my bill is larger and larger leaving me in a worse situation. It’s becoming a problem

Blumf, We know flexible payment options are important, and sometimes we need more time to pay. Here is a link for some payment options we offer. https://www.verizon.com/support/promise-to-pay-faqs/
Did you already have an arrangement in place before your service was interupted?
