My bill shows on line and when I go to pay it says zero balance.
Now if Verizon wants to give me a free month thats fine.
Lack of live people that know what they are doing is really annoying and will be considered upon renewal.
Would appreciate this to be corrected.

having the exact problem says my balance is past due but when I go to pay its say its paid in full. Please help!!
