I click the email link (I already have the Fios app installed and logged in on my phone), I’m redirected to the App Store (it’s already installed on my phone), I click “open” when in the App Store to open the Fios app and the Fios app opens and freezes.
i then tried opening just through the app and it opens and freezes.
is this Verizon’s way of trying to get out of allowing me to redeem the gift card???
*** I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I uninstalled the app restarted my phone and installed the app. Neither worked!
