Unable to redeem Amazon Gift Card Offer

After attempts to contact Verizon customer support, being transferred and put on hold for what seems like forever, I have had no successful help with redeeming my $100 amazon gift card offer for the black friday promotion. I continue to have major issues redeeming my $100 Amazon Gift Card for the black friday promotion. I had service installed November 2018 and have waited patiently thinking that Verizon would fix this issue but it seems like they have done nothing. Every time I try to register for the gift card I receive the "Sorry. We could not find a matching record for the account information provided" screen. Please escalate this issue!
