I received an email telling me I could now redeem my $100 Amazon gift . the email says to sign into my verizon account and click the picture link to redeem, I click the let’s go link and it takes me to my verizon home page and guess what ? noooo picture link... !!!!! I have spoke with several agents , who have had me clear my browsers, my cookies and cash . try it from different web browsers and from the app on my phone .... NOTHING worked !!! I was told there was nothing else they could do but note my account and tell their supervisor and for me to just keep trying and maybe it will get fixed soon.... How soon is soon ? like next year ? 4 years? inquiring minds would love to know !
