I received an email on Oct 26th letting me know that tomorrow (Oct 27th) was the last day to redeem the Fios/Samsung offer. I tried to click the Redeem Now button to login and it would say the information you provided was incorrect.
I tried contacting Verizon customer support several times between the 27th and 28th and feel frustrated at how difficult it was to get support.
Live chat would say one thing while directing to phone support and in the end phone support simply told me it was expired. I understand I was pushing it by waiting till the end but had thought the point of the email was to notify that I still had one more day to redeem it.
