Unable to redeem gift card

The gift card link is broken. It is either on an endless loop or fails to load. This has been happening for months as evidence by these board posts. Seeing as how it it time-sensitive and I, like others, have waited for hours on the phone with both verizon and promotional customer support attempting to fix this, I would like it addressed ASAP, please.
