Unable to redeem my $100 Verizon Gift Card

I received an email instructing me to redeem my $100 Verizon Gift Card that was offered as part of sign-up. The email states to click the "redeem now" link and then "Click on the reward tile and follow the on-screen instructions
to register your reward."

There is no reward tile. Please help.
