Unable to redeem my Verizon $200 gift card!

I have been trying to redeem my Verizon $200 gift card and I keep getting an error. Sorry we cannot add this promotion to your account. I will attach a screenshot. I was able to redeem my target and my Xbox gift cards. No problem but the Verizon one it’s not letting me which is one of the reasons why I switched from Comcast because of These promos  CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!
