Like dozens of others have experienced, the redemption email links do not lead to a redemption page. I even installed the crappy My Fios App to see if the offer appears there. It doesn't.
These issues have been going on with various customers since before I even signed up in December. Please escalate my issue to a Verizon agent as soon as possible. I'd like this to be resolved before "60 days from the eligibility date to avoid expiration" takes place.
