So, I'm unable to remove HBO from my account and any agent I've talked with is unable to remove it as well. There apparently isn't any more 'escalation paths' I can take and I've burned quite a few hours over it. At this point it's more principal than money as I could have paid for the thing twice over with how much time I've spent on this. It's well documented on my account notes what the problem is, and yet it still persists. My last Conversation.
As a technologist and small business owner myself it's insane that this is an issue and that there is no escalations for it. It makes me wonder how many people Verizon is milking because it can't remove services that by the agent's own admission should be able to be removed.
