How in the world am I going to get in contact with Verizon of they have suspended my account?

There are assorted CS reps hanging out in the forums, so hopefully one of them will respond and send you a private message here. Otherwise, you'd have to borrow a phone if your service got disconnected and call. Don't be surprised if they pester you to pay your bill first before they'll help though.
