Verizon sent me a text saying I had 48 hours to call them, I called WELL WITHIN 48 hours and because I don't have service the phone wouldn't even connect me to somebody!!!! Now on the website it wont let me chat with anyone and says I have to call the Verizon Postpay number but my phone wont let me cause the service is off!!! Now they are sending it to collections and I can't even send or receive text messages in order to communicate with my employer!!! I am INCREDIBLY upset and somebody from Verizon needs to reach out me IMMEDIATELY!!!! I have no idea how I am supposed to talk to anyone at verizon as I now cannot access my email or texting services via wifi!!! This is incredibly frustrating and rude.

Might I make a suggestion for a MVNO that utilize Verizon's network, their customer service is far better than Verizon's and if you get better service on the GSM network, they utilize T-Mobile's network and with any luck will soon have the trifecta.
US Mobile has plans that are priced better and I am confident that you will find a plan that fits your usage.
