Unapplied credits

An agent messed up my account back in January 2024 and I have called Verizon in February, March and now 3 times in April  to get it resolved. Every time I have to go over the whole story and the agent promises me they have made the adjustments and it will show up next month. I keep over paying current month based on these promised credits. I want to close my account but canโ€™t until I get whatโ€™s owed to me. As of today, I am owed $178 - what does it take to get this resolved?!?!  I been have screenshots and emails proving my case!

Hello, Tickledpink. Help is here as we don't want to see you leave us. I know you have gone through a lot but since we will be reviewing this with a fresh set of eyes, I do need more details on what the credit is for. Please advise.
