Twice now I have logged in online to pay past due balance on my account. As I am clicking on the button next to the amount - somehow the system pays the entire amount, no option to even select the pay date. The system is "rigged" to do this. Then I try to cancel the payment - click on the Cancel this payment and NOTHING happens. Meanwhile I receive Thank you for making paymennt $.... My checking account info was saved - though I also click everytime "Do Not save"... SOLUTION. I have REMOVED my checking account info from my profile. This is an unautorized transaction by VERIZON. BBB complaint to be filed..
