I'm over the top LIVID Wednesday night verizon took $598 out of my account as a direct debit AFTER I spoke to several reps who told me I was NOT enrolled in auto pay. I spoke to an awesome rep who explained Verizon was NOT supposed to do that and tried his best to get my money reversed only for Verizon to take out a past due balance and credit the remaining balance to next month's bill how in the **bleep** do you take MY MONEY and then spread it how you want and not give my money back?! Not knowing if that was my last, If I had other bills to pay or anything?! Verizon has definitely lost me as a customer!
