Unfulfilled Rebate from April Switch Offer

Still waiting on my $441.62 switch rebate from April. Called several times and visited a store, told it’s coming, but never received it.
Most recently, I called customer service and was assured we did qualify and a ticket would be created, but I was never called back with the ticket number.
Can you help escalate?
