Hello. Same as many other people here I'm unable to unlink my old and empty home (Fios) account from my main wireless account. This cause me a lot of pain because I can't enroll to Home + Mobile and can't use other benefits from One Verizon ID.
Maybe you have some **specific** agent, who is able to resolve **this** kind of issue? Because support team members counties to switch me to one another with no result for almost 3 weeks :'
