I have an inactive Verizon home Fios account that I am trying to unlink from my active Verizon mobile account. This is because I have a (separate) active Verizon Fios home account which I am trying to link to the relevant active Verizon mobile account so that I can get the home+mobile discount.
I have tried discussing this with various people in account services and technical support on both the Verizon home and the Verizon mobile sides, but nobody has been able to process my request. Does anyone know how I can get this completed?

Hi frustrated11119,
You will need to de-enroll your Wireless line and then register again with a new log-in account and password. Have a Verizon Mobile support agent delete your Mobile registration, re-register the Mobile account, and then go through One Verizon ID linkage again with the new Home credentials. Please post back to let us know if this resolves the issue for you.

I have worked with 4-5 different agents in last 2 days, they just keep transferring me between mobile and Fios support; they don't understand this exact issue we are talking and de-enrollment process. Are you available to help me and we can work at your covenience.

Hi DModi,
Please see my reply to the private message you sent. You will need to work with a Verizon agent who has access to your account.
