I need to unmerge my old Fios and wireless accounts, as my wireless account is tied to an old suspended Fios service, and I have a totally new Fios account that I can't merge together. When I try to set up my One Verizon ID it says to my account name my not be correct but I'm assuming it's because it's still tied to the old Fios account. I can't even access my new account in My Verizon. Only on My Fios (which it says is going away soon).
