Unrecognized charges and poor customer service

Recently I noticed a $519 dollar one time charge that was added to my bill. *device payment agreement* is what the bill is stating however that makes no sense as to why it was put on to my bill. I traded in my device almost three months ago and upgraded to a new device and paid all the associated one time charges on that bill. I have no idea why Verizon wants to charge me for it on a different billing period saying that I now have to pay off the old agreement which was never stated or mentioned during the trade in process of the old device. I had called Verizon on January 9th to have this resolved and instead, the customer support agent refused to listen while she kept repeating my itemized bill over and over again. I was put on hold multiple times just for them to comeback and read out my bill again. I had asked for a supervisor multiple times and they refused to put me in contact with them. At the end of the call they stated that they would send this mistake in to get fixed but since then, there has been no update whatsoever. I need this to be resolved as I do not have the money to pay an extra $500 this month. Itโ€™s issues like this that really push me into switching providers as this is not how respectable companies do business, especially to loyal customers.
