I have called Verizon every month to resolve charge for router I do not have and each time I am told not to worry the credit is in the file and it will process on the next bill. Got my bill today and it is still not fixed. Now I am bombarded with texts and notices about my delinquent bill. In fact the Verizon associate who I last talked to last time said just pay your regular monthly amount, which I did. I don't know where else to turn, I can't take the collections calls and notices. It is very upsetting for someone who always pays their bills on time. Should I contact the BBB or FTC?

Yes contact the http://www.fcc.gov and file an online complaint.
