Add our family’s account multiple billing errors that not only do not get resolved they seem to get worse. More than one rep has promised call back with me waiting yet no call back. Call back, he another rep, wash rinse repeat, no resolution no call backs. Exploring other options , is there any way I can get my billing errors resolved?
