I was told at the Verizon store that I can get a free $0 upgrade phone, because my old one staopped working, and that I would just have to pay the Upgrade fee. That was fine, but I just checked my bill, and still says I'm being charged $11/month to pay off my phone that I owe $400. Does anyone know how to fix this?
