Usage verification center 

Hi I’m moving into a new apartment today and they said that my account has been placed on hold. Perhaps because of an outstanding bill from the previous tenant who used to live there. I tried calling but you’re such a verification sent her but they are closed. I need Internet immediately for work. Any suggestions?
