By far the worst customer service I have encountered. The customer service people are inept and unprofessional. They have no idea what they are doing. They keep repeating lines from the computer screen in front of them. They assure you they solved the issue. Only to find out they have done nothing. I literrally called them six times and they never solved anything. Each time they keep you on the line for ove one hour. Very frustrating. The only solution is to finsh paying off my phones and cancecl my accounts. I hear T-mobile is not bad. Anybody is better than Verizon. Even Consumer Celluler.
