I received an email on May 13, 2020 about redeeming my Visa Gift Card however the link in the email does not work nor does the link in the message section on the online account work. I have been trying everyday for about a week on both the mobile app and a pc but nothing works. It seems like many people have this issue on this forum. I have already had several chats and phone calls over the past week but no one seems to know what the problem is. Has anyone's issue been resolved? Can someone help me? Thanks
