Verzion has put me to collections for an account number that is not mine. My account number shows that verizon in fact owes me $8.97. I have tried to contact verzion about this on multiple occassions and I have been put on a continous hold cycle. What do I do? This is illegal for them to have two accounts opened with my SS number without me knowing it, correct?
