Has anyone been able to redeem their promotional $200 Verizon gift card successfully?
When my service was installed, I was told by a phone rep that after 65 days I would be able to redeem and apply it to my next bill. So I paid my monthly bill as well as the setup fee totaling $189, with the promise that my gift card could apply to my next bill.
Well 65 days have come and now a rep told me I must first pay this next bill in order for my account to be in "good standing." However when you select the option on how to redeem, this is not listed as a requirement?
So then I called another rep who said I should be able to redeem and if not they could manually put it through. So now I'm told the manual takes an additional 30-60 days?????
Does this even make sense? I feel so slighted by Verizon.
