Verizon Billing Problem

Hello, I am having problems with my upcoming bill. I traded in my device late, but I recently just traded it in and I missed an auto payment for my date but I did a payment plan to schedule it for March 1st. The app is saying I have a bill that is upcoming for February 24, how can this be corrected because this payment is way more than what my monthly payment should be. Thank you if anyone can help please

I know that I would share the same concern if I had a bill that was higher than expected as well. We appreciate the heads up on the trade-in device, and would be happy to take a look at your bill to see what is causing it to be higher than normal. It is important to note that trade-in credits for a promotion can take up to 1-2 billing periods to appear on your bill.
