Verizon Business: Promos offered, not applied; runaround with customer service

In December 2023, I reached out to Verizon Business to setup an account. After MANY hiccups (and against my better judgement), I signed up. The salesperson promised that the two iPad were completely free due to their current promotion. Fast forward to March 2024 and still no promos applied except $100 off each iPad. I have the email from the salesperson but no one can accept emails. I have called numerous times. In the beginning, it was, โI can see the promo but it will take a little while to go into effectโ. Then, it was, โI did a promo error correction because the promo was only applied to one iPadโ. Now, it is โWe donโt see the promoโ. In addition, now, I get put on hold and hung up on. No one calls back even though they always ask for โthe best contact number in case we get disconnectedโ. This whole experience makes me feel like Verizon participates in fraudulent acts.
