Verizon Business: Promos offered, not applied; runaround with customer service

In December 2023, I reached out to Verizon Business to setup an account. After MANY hiccups (and against my better judgement), I signed up. The salesperson promised that the two iPad were completely free due to their current promotion. Fast forward to March 2024 and still no promos applied except $100 off each iPad. I have the email from the salesperson but no one can accept emails.  I have called numerous times. In the beginning, it was, โ€œI can see the promo but it will take a little while to go into effectโ€. Then, it was, โ€œI did a promo error correction because the promo was only applied to one iPadโ€™. Now, it is โ€œWe donโ€™t see the promoโ€.  In addition, now, I get put on hold and hung up on. No one calls back even though they always ask for โ€œthe best contact number in case we get disconnectedโ€. This whole experience makes me feel like Verizon participates in fraudulent acts.
