Verizon Call Assistant - Unable to Log-in (Disregard - Moving to more appropriate sticky topic)

Hello all,

I have Verizon Call Assistant on my package, and both Ordering and Repair show it on the account.  When speaking to the folks on the Call Assistant support side, they indicated that I should be able to log-on using my MyVerizon credentials.

The MyVerizon credentials don't work, and the registration system doesn't allow me to register, indicating that I haven't ordered Call Assistant service.

I was wondering if anyone has encountered this, and what the outcome/resolution was.
