Verizon Changed My Plan - Ignored My Receipt

I have been a Verizon customer for 11 years. I changed my Verizon Fios plan yesterday, received a receipt of the order confirmation with the identified prices for the TV and Internet package. Today, I reviewed my account and Verizon changed my plan significantly. I contacted Verizon customer care and tried to work with an agent, Wetzel and Supervisor, Anndrea. After sharing the order number, receipt, and the information on the receipt, neither acknowledge the receipt or information I received. I am hoping to call customer service to resolve.
Has anyone else had this happen where customer service ignored a verified Verizon order receipt and the information on the document?
