Verizon Changed my plan

I went in to the store today to add another line to my account only to find out when I got home that they changed the plan on one of my other lines without asking? It was the old Play More plan and now it's one of their new plans that doesn't have any of the perks of the old ones. I never authorized this, what do I do?

Were you also upgrading a device or signing up for a promotion? The older plans aren't eligible for promotions, so they would have switched your plan to something current in order to get you the offer.

No, just adding on a new line. The other line didn't have anything to do with the first one.

Thanks for the info. I'd check your account and see which number is attached to which plan, because I'm wondering if something got mixed up when the new line was added. You could ask to have the new number moved to the current plan and the older line with its number put back onto the legacy plan? If it's 2 lines in your account that have somehow gotten changed to a new plan, not sure what the process is for getting the old plan back, or if that's possible. I'd try live chat while logged into your account and type "live agent" to get connected to a real person to ask.
