I returned my FIOS equipment to Verizon on 8/22/14 and Verizon keeps claiming they have no record of receiving it. I have spent over 5 hours on the phone with them, called them at least 3 times. Now they have the delinquency listed on my credit report and my credit score has dropped 40 pts. since October. I am refinancing my mortgage and need to get this issue resolved.

After they charged my checking account for $658.31, I called on 10/10 to register a complaint.
