Verizon Connections Billing Error

I was really disappointed to learn after signing up for a 2 Year Contract that my Verizon Connections discount was not honored. I called an agent today and said there is no discount for standalone internet service, but your website/email communicated a $5 discount when I signed up last month.

Here is a copy of the pricing from the email I received, yet my first bill was $5 higher.

I ask that you please honor this rate since this was a mistake in your systems.
