How long does it take for the Verizon Correspondence Team take to respond to issues? I was told that no email or phone calls are allowed and I must send a letter. I sent a letter 30 days ago with no response. I have a large charge back issue on my account which customer service and supervisors are not able to correct due to “the system”. I have sent a follow up letter to request assistance with their issue.
